Victory in the Courtroom
The Henry Hill team recently secured a large jury verdict win in a complex real estate investment fraud case involving a multi-million dollar commercial land deal in Frisco, Texas near the PGA headquarters.
Partners Mark L. Hill and Leslie Sanderson led the team through a week-long trial in Collin County with the jury finding multiple counts of fraud and awarding our clients both economic and exemplary damages. The Henry Hill team was supported by Byron K. Henry and Walker Young, who assisted in the proceedings with jury charge and other critical trial matters. The trial was held in Cause No. 401-06793-2021, before the 401st District Court, in Collin County, Texas.
