Emileigh S. Hubbard is a Partner at Henry Hill focused on complex business litigation, including an expertise in advising transportation and logistics companies. Emileigh has 15 years of experience advising companies, executives, and entrepreneurs on a wide range of legal matters from employment issues, contract drafting and negotiations, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and litigation. Emileigh works closely with clients to provide practical legal solutions that advance the client’s goals, whether it be business objectives, litigation strategy, or both.
Emileigh earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, and is admitted to practice in Texas, all four federal district courts in Texas, and the Fifth Circuit. After law school, Emileigh clerked for two federal judges in the Eastern District of Texas, the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant III and the Honorable Christine A. Nowak. Prior to joining Henry Hill, Emileigh was a Shareholder at Henry Oddo Austin & Fletcher, P.C. in Dallas, Texas, where she represented motor carriers, logistics providers, homeowner’s associations, and other business owners. Emileigh attended Austin College in Sherman, Texas and is a proud ‘Roo.
Outside of work, Emileigh is a member of and future Chairman of the Conference of Freight Counsel and a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association. Emileigh is also a member of the Paul Brown American Inn of Court. Emileigh is a wife and mom of two boys and usually can be found on the sidelines at a soccer pitch. Emileigh volunteers her time to her sons’ athletic booster clubs and is an avid reader and writer.
