Mark L. Hill is a business attorney and community leader based in Frisco, Texas, with over two decades of legal experience. Mr. Hill is a Managing Partner at Henry Hill, PLLC. Mr. Hill also serves as an elected Trustee on the Frisco Independent School District (FISD) Board of Trustees, and as a Director on the Board of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation.
Admitted to the Texas Bar in 2002, Mr. Hill earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. His legal acumen has been repeatedly recognized by his peers, earning him the “Texas Super Lawyer” designation every year from 2013 through current 2025. Mr. Hill has experience in numerous complex civil disputes both in the Courtroom and in Arbitration proceedings. His experience includes representing clients in breach of contract, fraud, fiduciary and related commercial disputes in Courts throughout the State of Texas.
Mr. Hill has also previously served as President of the Collin County Bar Association, and on the Board of Directors of the Frisco Education Foundation. In 2023, he was elected to the FISD Board of Trustees, Place 5, where he continues to advocate for educational excellence. Mr. Hill’s dedication to both his profession and his community underscores his commitment to fostering growth and integrity in all his endeavors.
