Chelsea King combines early litigation experience and a federal clerkship with a background in editing that informs her approach to analysis and written advocacy.
Before joining the firm, Chelsea began her legal career at a boutique litigation firm specializing in defamation, handling matters involving reputational harm and complex written advocacy. She then clerked for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, a “rocket docket’ known for its fast-paced docket, where she gained valuable experience in managing a high-volume civil caseload under expedited timelines.
Chelsea earned her J.D. cum laude from William & Mary Law School. There, she competed on the National Trial Team, taught writing classes to L.L.M. students, and served as a Notes Editor on the William & Mary Law Review.
Outside of practice, Chelsea enjoys reading fiction novels and playing board games, including running Dungeons & Dragons campaigns for other lawyers in the DFW area.
