Henry Hill Partner Byron Henry Presents Oral Argument Before the Supreme Court of Texas in Significant Premises Liability Case

Henry Hill partner Byron Henry was honored to represent a group of plaintiffs by presenting oral argument at the Supreme Court of Texas.

The plaintiffs included families of victims of the mass shooting at the Allen Premium Outlets. The case involves the pleading standard applicable to cases involving property owners and their duty to take steps to protect patrons from harm.  We are thankful to the Court for hearing and considering this important issue for Henry Hill’s clients who suffered tragic loss. The case is In re Simon Property Group, L.P., Cause No. 26-0023.
